Adding your first set
Head to My Collection, type a set number (like 75192) or name (like Millennium Falcon) in the box at the top, and pick your set from the suggestions. It lands in your collection ready to sort.
If you've already built the set and every piece is accounted for, hit Add as Complete on the Set Profile page — we'll mark every piece as found so you can skip the sort.
Sorting a set (a.k.a. auditing)
Click any set in your collection, then Start Sort & Complete. Each piece tile shows you how many are required and how many you've found. Tap the counter to bump it up, or use the double-tick to mark all found.
For pieces you can't find, hit Mark as Missing. They'll land in your Missing list for BrickLink ordering.
Think a piece might be hiding in another set? Use Find in Other Sets at the top of the sort view.
Found, Needed and Missing
Found — you've ticked it off. It's in the pile.
Needed — not ticked off yet. Keep looking.
Missing — never had it, or can't find it. Needs replacing. If a piece is too broken to use, mark it Missing too.
Missing pieces appear on your Missing list so you can reorder them in one BrickLink export.
BrickLink export
From the Missing list (or the top of any sort view), hit Add to BrickLink Wanted List. A BrickLink window opens with your pieces ready — log in if it asks, choose or create a wanted list, and tap Add. Then use BrickLink's Buy All to find sellers.
Prefer to paste the list in yourself? After tapping it, choose Copy the list for BrickLink's upload page: it copies BrickLink wanted-list XML to your clipboard or downloads a BrickStore file, with a choice of condition (New / Used / Any).
Minifigures aren't included (BrickLink uses different minifigure codes to ours) — use the Buy button on each one instead.
Colour is always included so you get the right piece, not just the right shape.
Transfer Pieces
Own multiple sets? Pieces go missing from one, you find them in another. Transfer Pieces scans every set you own and suggests swaps — "this missing 1×2 from Set A is sitting marked-found in Set B."
Accept a suggestion and we'll move the piece in one action: incremented in the receiver, decremented in the donor.
Groups (multi-set audits)
If several sets ended up in the same storage bin, create a Multi Sort from the Multi-Set Sort page. Pick two or more sets, give the group a name, and you get a combined audit view where every piece shows its set of origin.
Sharing your collection
Head to your Profile and claim a custom slug (e.g. steve). Your public collection URL becomes /u/steve — share it with anyone, no login needed.
